Thank you for checking on Nibbles and Buscuit! Please make sure there are exactly two cats, no more, no less, and that they appear in good health.

They are not allowed to go outside, please keep outside doors closed.

Food and Water

There are two food and water areas. One near the front door behind the couch. One in the laundry area. We’ll leave their food and treats on the dryer.

Front door area

• Please make sure the water fountain is running and has water. If it’s below half full please fill by unclipping the top clips, removing the top, and filling with a pitcher of tap water.
• The food bowl is on a timer, please check that it has some food in the bowl and some in the hopper. If the bowl is overflowing dump some of it back in the hopper.

Laundry area

• Make sure fountain is running and has water. To fill, pull the top off and dump some water in.
• Fill the food bowl in this area with food from the orange bag on the dryer.

Litter

The litter boxes are in the laundry area too. If you don’t mind, please scoop clumps from the grey litter box into the trash can. They probably won’t use the fancy automatic litter box so you can ignore that one (stupid cats!!).

General

• They’re messy eaters so I’ll leave the vacuum nearby for any cleanup.
• I’m sure they’d love to play, be pet, and have a handful of treats from the containers on the dryer. Let us know if anything seems off about the cats or the house.

Troubleshooting

• If ants have attacked their food bowl(s), please see if you can find a solution. Maybe spray RAID where they’re entering the house (not near the food obvs.) and I’ll leave our vacuum out to try to suck them up without spraying near the food.
